View Full Version : What are my hosting package specifics?
I know that one day powweb will change what they offer their customers in a hosting package. For example, one day they may decided to up their storage space to 7gigs and they may even offer more bandwidth.
What I would like to know is how do I find that information for the package I signed up for? I have searched all thru OPS and cannot find the specifics of what my hosting solution offers.
Any help??

You can always go to powweb.com and click on products.
In OPS, there are also limits, like bandwidth and space. Also check the TOS for some resource limits.
Everyone's hosting package is the same. When PowWeb changes limits, they change for everyone, new and old. There isn't one place in Member Operations you can see all of the various limits.

Listing of current limits can be found here: http://kb.powweb.com/questions/279/What-are-PowWeb%27s-Limits%3F
Thank you for your posts. I appreciate it !!!
There are many hosts which claim "no limits", but then when you read the fine print in their TOS, there are indeed limits, often couched in such words as "unreasonable" and "abusive".
500 quid a year is quite a lot more than PowWeb charges.
