Anyone have a quick suggestion on how to renew my PowWeb package (so I do not have to wait for billing to reply.)
I looked all over OPS, and could not find anything. I found the FAQ that says go to the Pay Methods where Credit Card information is, and I could renew from there.
But all I see in there is an old expired credit card & billing info from when I first got the package 2 years ago.
So I go to enter a new credit card, and get a "That credit card is already on file."
So am I missing something?
