New Account Setup Time

Hi,

I just signed up for a new account on last friday. I paid for a full year's worth up front via a debit card (immediate funds transfer). My account still says "pending" on everything. I have no FTP or anything...(i know the domain takes a bit). How long does it take to set up if i have already paid and my payment has been received?

If it still says 'pending', its most likely a billing issue. Once billing is processing, your services should activate almost immediately (with all services within 24 hours). Your domain name (like all others) will take up to 72 hours to propagate (you can use your temp URL till then).

You can call or email billing@powweb.com for a definite answer. Also keep an eye on your email.

Normally if done on a Friday it may take longer due to the weekend which comes to about 48 and latest 72 business hours. I would say by Tuesday afternoon you should be live.
