Daily Dropouts

I have been getting daily dropouts on my site. I get :
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

It lasts anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes, no certain time of day, although it has happened even at 4 am.

So whats the problem. I hate when people go to my site and it is not there. We provide a important service and needs to be accesable.

It might not be PowWeb - it could be anything between you and PowWeb. I have my sites monitored by an external service - www.websitepulse.com - so I know if the site becomes unavailable and keep records. I haven't seen a blip reported for months. They have a free testing tool there so the next time you get a failure, try that and see if it can see your site.
