I really don't like the splash page.
Shout box is screwed up in Firefox.
Meta keywords seem extraneous.
I don't like the :hover on the nav links. Either change to a different BG or don't change the BG.
Home/forums/downloads/etc. nav (center) is really small.
Try to reduce your image sizes.
If possible, fix your code. Many many things wrong with it.
Seems to be horizontal scrolling in 800x600.
The bar above the home/forums/downloads nav looks too much like a search box.
On submit news, it's hard to tell that "Preview" is a button and not a text field.
Put a margin between the nav and the "Full selection" dropdown box.

I recommend you remove the splash screen. It's just a waste and can getting annoying to people like me.

I like the colors of the homepage, but it just seems to full to me. Too much to go through. You may want to make the site more organized, by maybe making the navigation areas on the left and right side connected.

You also seem to be having some image problems in the arcade section of the homepage (firefox, windows xp). The border is not there.

Otherwise, it's good.
