Hey I bought a Powweb Mail account and it said that I should of gotten an email, but I never got any! Also as I see my package is not activated yet, what do I have to do?

I have a domain with another company and so I pressed "I already own a domain" do I have to wait for it to transfer? Change something?

Its sad that theres absolutely no instructions anywhere..

It could be that the e-mail address you gave when signing up is incorrect or the message sent didn't get to you. Check the History tab in Member Operations.

You will want to wait until the account is set up. Then you'll want to change the MX DNS record at your registrar to point to PowWeb's, as shown in the DNS tab of Member Operations.

I'm not familiar with the details of mail-only accounts, so I may not have all this right. You do realize that a mail-only account has no web hosting?

yes thank you I do realise the it has no webhosting. I have a server at home, and although I still aint sure about how to have the domain at one register, email at another, and a server at home all working together, Ill look into that.

The email that I gave is right and I checked in the OPS. But I still didnt receive any...
The account seems activated now.. so I need to go to the domain settings and only change the nameservers?

I am not completely sure how one is supposed to set up a mail-only account. Are there no instructions in a message under the History tab?

You need to determine if PowWeb created a DNS zone for you on their DNS servers. If so, there should be a DNS tab in Member Operations. If they did, you can change the nameservers at your registrar to point to PowWeb's. You'll then want to change the A record to point to your home server for the web site. Otherwise you need to figure out which PowWeb mail server you have been assigned to and change your MX record accordingly. I am hoping someone else with knowledge of how this kind of account works can help more here.

Well about the home server thing, its ok Ill just have a cloaked redirect url to a free dns server I registered, which will in turn redirect to my external ip address.
I looked up and under "Packages" there is a service overview.
"DNS"(active):
Add Address Record For ukraine-ireland.com.
Add CNAME Record For ukraine-ireland.com.
Add MX Record For ukraine-ireland.com.

"POP3"(active): Create a new POP User Account.

"SMTP" (active):
Configure Email Addresses for ukraine-ireland.com.
Turn On/Off or configure Greylisting for ukraine-ireland.com.
Manage White/Blacklists for ukraine-ireland.com.

Thats that...
I didnt get an email but I looked under history and it said it sent me one. BUT. There were just things like "to log in blablabla, welcome to blablabla",etc. No instructions whatsoever about the domain or email.

So I would be very happy if I just got a solution to how to get the email to work. Nameserver change? You mentioned MX and etc. I looked at the domain panel at my register and it has different MX, Cname, A records that point to strange their servers. Do I have to change those to powwebs? What are they?

At this point, you are going to need to contact support and ask for help. I don't want to guess and cause problems for you. Since it doesn't seem you are in the US, I'd suggest e-mail to support@powweb.com. Or perhaps someone from staff will see this and respond.
