Merchant accounts

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good merchant account site? I know of a few decent offers, but want to shop around before committing to one. Any good links would be helpful. Also any suggestions for merchant software would help too. Thanks.

There's PayPal, BillPoint, and a few other big ones, but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. PayPal seems to be working alright for me...so far. But then again, I've only been using it for little under a month. :)

I currently use Paypal too, about 4 months now, as well as BillPoint for sending invoices, etc. ; but, I'm trying to get away from them because it is just another step between customers' payments and getting to my account. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yeah you could use paypal but just make sure you dont sell on ebay because if you have a business account with paypal ebay will charge their fees and then paypal will charge their fees. So there goes the profit.
