payment by check

I created my hosting account Wednesday night and mailed in my check on Thursday (August 25th). It has now been 5 days so I'm starting to wonder if there is a problem or if this is normal. I still have a negative balance in member ops. I'm curious as to how long it normally takes powweb to process checks, because it should have arrived by now unless there was a problem mailing it. My check had both my code and domain name on it. Does anyone know how long it might be before my payment is collected, assuming it has already arrived?

Even if they have received it already more than likely they hold it ten working days for it to clear.

Yes allow at least 7-10 working days. After that, if you still have concerns shoot an email off to billing@powweb.com
