I'm not seeing that on my clust02 package. What's your domain?

Still having issues.
Hello,
You needed a php.ini file to fix this. Please see the announcement forum for more details. I dropped one in there for you and it works perfectly fine.

I saw that announcement...so it effects all vbulletin forums? I have other vbulletin forum hosted with powweb that are working fine right now...
I still can't access the site.

I see the index about 1 out of 10 times but can never navigate any further into the site without server errors.
Will I have to add the php.ini file to my other vBulletin forums hosted with Powweb?

Still having the same probelms....please advise. I reopened my ticket.
edit: ok, 10 minutes later and things *seem* to be working again.
I am having almost the exact same problems - but I am on cluster03/ftp02. My hosting's location does not seem to be covered in a couple of the other threads I've seen, so I'll open my own here in a second.
Basically, it looks like something's up with name servers - one's site will pull some of the time, others it won't resolve at all, regardless of ISP's dns servers used (tested using 3 different ISPs). More data will be posted in my thread.
