Hi, we have just completed our new website design!
I wanted something simple, easy to load, and easy to navigate, so I redesigned the site. Now, I am in need of Critique.
Note: We will still be adding some more pages to it, such as a "Privacy Policy" page and a "Terms of Service" page for the webhosting section. So, it isn't 100% complete, but around 90% or so.

Things I need answered:
1. Do the colors work well together?
2. Are there any problems with it on certain browsers or anything like that?
3. Do you find it easy to navigate?
4. How long did it take to load?
Have any other comments about the website? Feel free to share! Any and all critisism is welcome!

I hope I don't hurt your feelings to much, but that has to be the worst web page to be asking people to do web designs and web hosting. Yes it downloads fast and looks simple. Way too simple and the colors are yucky, worst than the yuckiest site on the Internet.. http://yucky.kids.discovery.com
Your logo say "Where Imagination Meets Entertainment" Where's the Imagination?? Where's the Entetainment??
Grey on black and vis versa, blue with green is a designers nightmare. Live it up!! Add some color, make it shout out that you can design a web page for crying out loud. I would not and could not let something like that design a website for me. I could easily google a free web template that looks better than what you got.
Sorry.. but as an amateur website maker who's not even in the business, I know a crappy web design when I see it. Start from scratch and put on some rainbow sunglasses, take a toke if you have to.. but get hip.
I want to see colors and some flash movements and a picture or two.
Now that's Entertainment.

I agree with the above. Nothing catches my eye. You don't need big images or long/exciting flash movies...but something to live'n it up.
Your forum is the most attractive thing I've seen on the site. Maybe you want to key off of that for a start.
I'm sure some others will chime in and give some very helpful ideas.

Well, thank you for your...interesting...responses. I'd say that this is a pretty good website for somebody with minimal HTML experience (*ahem* me), and I plan to add pictures and flash animation as soon as I get the skills. Right now, I have absolutly 0 experience with images and flash, so the website is simple now. So, could you people perhaps suggest what colors I should use to make it less "yucky"?
And by the way, nothing you people can say about my website could hurt my feelings, so don't worry about that. I am a lightning rod of hate.
EDIT: I focus on the product (well, progress is slow :) ), not on how good the website looks.
EDIT2: I have been messing around with the colors for a bit, and the outcome is this (http://www.virtumagination.com/testing/test.html). What do you think? Better? Worse? (NOTE: the color change is only on that page.)

Much better..
I would make the dark gray a matching green or black, change text color their too.
Then change the "Welcome" box and add an image, script or flash. Let's see what that looks like.
Here is an idea..

Try to make it fit better in 800x600. It can be hard to find a balance between big-enough and horizontal-scrolling, but I think right now it's not big enough.
You're using some XHTML syntax in an HTML 4.01 doctype.
You're abusing
The navigation seems to static. I enjoy :hover effects (at least, in moderation).
Put a space or two between the news and updates links and the date.
