-Title is too long, keep it concise
-Don't have links change size on mouseover
-The yellow links change to on mouseover is hard to read
-Search box originally says "search the site...", onfocus followed by onblur changes it to "search our site"
-Code is mildly ugly

Other than that, looks nice.
