I will not comment on the site topic, because everyone knows I hate spammy sites like this. ;) I will comment on the design. There is horizontal scrolling at 800x600 screen resolution. The header banner text can be difficult to read for some people. The red fancier text with the black bold outline is not the best choice for older people, for example.

The image background is unnecessary and the lined pattern draws my eyes to it and away from the text. There are spelling errors on the home page. Okay, I clicked to find out more and I see that horrible image of money. Get-rich-quick scheme! Run away!

Sorry. I just hate these types of sites. Reminds me of the Herbalife websites of which there are too many. I had to make one for a client, but it is an e-commerce site and not just a sign-up site.

The site is easy to read and navigate with a simple text link navigation menu on the left side. The black text on white background is best for easier reading. The simple design is best since it is an information site.
