FYI - all videos loaded just fine for me.
Do you have some firewall software like symantecs Norton Internet Security installed, that may need some tweaking ?

Yes, just purchased a new destop from Dell that has Norton Internet Security installed. How do I tweek it so I can view my video's and why would Norton block video's? Thank you.

I have Norton Systemworks 2005 which includes Norton Internet Security and I am able to view your videos.

Note: If you are using Windows XP, make sure you have opened ports or disabled XP's firewall first. You shouldn't have two firewalls running simultaneously.
You can temporarily disable Norton Internet Security. When pop-up window blocking is enabled, the ad blocking feature automatically blocks the programming code web sites use to open secondary windows, which include the video player.
*NOTE: I did not try this since I did not have this problem.*
Double click on the Norton Personal Firewall icon in the tray.
Click on the Open option in the pop-up menu.
Click the Options icon in the Norton SystemWorks menu box.
Click on the Personal Firewall option in the Options menu box.
Click the Advanced Options button at the bottom of the Norton Personal Firewall Options menu box to retrieve the default settings menu box.
Make sure you are in the "Web" tab. There may be several domains already listed in this area.
Click on the Add Site button at the bottom of the Web defaults window.
You will need to enter "www.spindelsportsacademy.com" (without the quotes) as a new default. This should active the default rules section of that window.
Make sure the Cookies and Referer (under Browsing Privacy) are set to permit as a default rule for the www.spindelsportsacademy.com domain.
Click OK, then click OK again.

I did disable the Norton firewall for 5 minutes, (the natural default) and I was still unable to view the videos. Should I disable the Windows XP firewall and keep the Norton firewall? If so, can you take me through that process? Thanks. Allen

Another piece of information is we just set up a new DSL line which both my computers are connected to. I believe this DSL line from Verizon has its own fire wall also. Would that prevent the videos from loading, since again, I did disable the norton firewall and that did not solve the problem. Thanks. Allen
