I cannot even ftp into my site. Can you at least get into OPS and view your access and error log ? Maybe your website is still a casuality from the recent outages of the Powweb customer database.
Come on Powweb, lets get it sorted Don't rant here but register a trouble ticket. And the contact staff in Chat to get the problem escalated.
PS. If you publish your webiste/cart URL here, at least a couple of readers could check to se if the problem persists.

Not ranting just stating facts.
I have been in the chat room, my site went back up, then the chat room and my site went down.
Domain is only 2 days old and it says on PW's front page about serious UPTIME and load balancing etc, its a bit annoying to say the least.

So can you tell me, is my site hosted on 5 machines or not??? And if it is due to a problem on a single machine what is the point of have it situated on 5 machines if that is no guarantee that the site will stay up?

Not hosted on any single box. Trying to describe the Powweb infrastructure in a few words like this:
Your website is hosted on a 'cluster'. A frontend networking device (cluster controller) determines which of a row of webservers has the least load when a request arrives, and routes the new request to that box. The cluster is addressed by the IP number you see in the DNS page in OPS. The individual webservers are behind a firewall and are invisible to you. If you use a link like http://clust02.powweb.com/phpinfo.php (replace the number by any between 01 and 09 (or laready 10?), and get the php configuration displayed. Among this information at the very top you will see the actual webserver used displayed as clust??-www??.powweb.com. When you hit refresh, you will see the pocessing being switched accross the set of webservers assigned to the cluster.
These webservers have only minimal own disk storage. All data is stored on networked NFS storage volumes on a further set of boxes. So each webserver in a cluster gets the user data (filesystem path /www/...) from a common source over an internal highspeed LAN. I haven't seen any further information, so I don't know if the architecture is sharing SAN devices accross clusters, or if there are unique assignments.
The database servers again seem to be separate boxes, the webservers communicate directly with them. I assume that the database servers are having their disks local for efficiency reasons (though nothing would prohibit the database files to also sit on SAN boxes).
The FTP servers again seem to be very slim, they only are transfer units between the actual SAN boxes, the network and the ftp clients.
The mail servers seem again to be standalone units, and I assume that due to the fluctuating nature of the mail message files they will be using local disk storage rather than SAN devices.
(disclaimer: speculation on the invisible internals of Powwebs operation based on observed configuration changes and a few hint picked up over the short time I am customer here)
Ok, I manage to fix the problem myself... it was something in the mSQL which messed up my forum and now it works as a charm... thx anywho tho :D
Hope everything works out for the rest of you guys which has problems ;)
