Not a mambo expert, but:
-Banner is a little vague
-Bottom links ("Unlimited web hosting" and "immigration visa help") are hard to read.

the bottom links, try using white instead of orange. it'll help with the readability of the links on a gray background.

also is the site on paid hosting?
- reason: the google ads really detract the feel and look of your site. The ads were the first thing my eyes were drawn to.
