I've noticed this morning that under the Bandwidth usage "for the last 14 days.." has appeared to stop. I've accessed my site and downloaded numerous videos and it hasn't moved at all. This always reacts real time.

Also, if I click on "Server Info", and download the access log, the last entry in there is 2:10am, it's 7am now and nothing has been written to the log file.

Is there something wrong with the site logs?

My site is hosted on clust04.powweb.com

Cheers,

Damien

Does anyone else out there have this problem or is it only me?

I'm still waiting on a response from powweb about this. I called them today.

As for your problem, PW did experience some down time with their own servers and OPS support especially over the last couple of days. I can imagine that the usage stats overview may have been a casuality. The current server logs ('today') on the other hand should be current to within a couple of minutes according to my experience. Any lapse would be a problem on the Apache server side and not of OPS.

It's the current server logs that are not being updated (also of course the "stats overview" bar graph is not being updated as well).

Anyone else have this issue on clus04?

Hi!
I actually have the same problem. I'm on cluser04 as well, as since yesterday morning I have no stats and logs.
Any idea what is happening?
Thank you

I've had the same problem; I'm on cluster07 and the logs have not been working since 3:30am on Wednesday. Powweb support has not responded.

I'm having a somewhat similar yet different problem. My logs are there if I download them from ops, and the info is there. However, for quite a few days now in my crontab log file it says the file is not found. I too am on cluster07 and it looks like this started (for me) sometime on the 20th. I read about a DDOS attack recently so perhaps that has something to do with it, but then again I'm just guessing...

If your raw log or PowWeb supplied stats are not updating, please file a ticket (if you haven't done so).
