Because it's all I see pretty much every day!!!!!!

I make a point of mentioning this whenever I call technical support, because no matter what the current reason is for my call, this is "always" true, in the sense that the problem is ongoing and apparently without resolution. Perhaps repeat complaints will urge PowWeb towards a different webmail solution (and I don't just mean the front end). Hope springs eternal.
