Frame help...

Yes, im using frames I know... haha.

Ok anyway, this is the poroblem:
When you go to the site, it shows white on the top of inner frame, and also, a big white square at the bottom of it. Can anyone see why? I cant quite tell in the HTML, it all seems fine to me.

Can anyone fix it for me and post corrcet HTML, I dont know what those errors mean... site has huge white box at bottom... simple fix for an experienced person I hope, if you can post up corrected HTML code I would really appreciate it, thanks!

I think I fixed most of it... theres still that huge white space at the bottom of page, help?

Does anyone know how to make the page as long as its body... like, if theres not much text, the page is small, but if its long, the page grows, so that theres no scroll bar. I tried doing height 100% but didnt work...
