setting up webstats

it's been a while since I've done this,
would someone mind posting a quick through on how to set up webstats?

If you wish to use the Powweb offered stats system, you can enable Awstats or Webalyzer from within OPs > Packages > HTTP > Stats page. At the bottom of that page you can select which one you want to use. It will take 12 to 24 hours before your first stats are generated.
