View Full Version : mysql10 is not accessible
About 1 out of every 10 page loads I get that message on my site, and obvoiusly the site does not load. Are there some known mysql10 issues?
p.s.
also logs were blank for yesterday, again
any help appreciated

They're gonna tell you to submit a ticket (which I have) but the support's going to prove useless.
No outage announcements about mysql10 is seen.
But ther is an announcement about logs - http://forums.powweb.com/showthread.php?t=56879
Regards
third day i keep getting the same mysql error message every 10-15 page loads, any ideas?

I'm having the same thing. I'm gettings about 200 'can't connect to mysql database' sent by my vbulletin board..... And that combined with me being on cluster04 makes me real sad....

You didn't exactly reproduce the error message you receive, so let me ask if you have already implemented the multiple database username workaround for the maxconnect and mayquery limits ?

I receive error:
Couldn't connect to database server: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql10.powweb.com' (60)
no I have not implemented the "workaround"
or this for that matter:
Couldn't connect to database server: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

I'm using vbulletin 3.5 and that version already has two users/databases options to take care of the max queries 'error'. And I don't have that many visitors at my board (around 20 people online at every single moment).
By the way: I have received 238 'can't connect to myql database' emails from vbulletin so far today
