I think "register new account" stands out too much. Maybe make it just 'register', don't make it all caps, and possibly change the font-size.
The navigation is fine, but looks a little bland how it is. I'm not quite sure what it is, or how to fix it, though.
Keep your navigation consistent across all pages.
I don't like hit counters, but that's just me.

The logo is not easy to read for some people. The background image design behind the text competes with the text. There isn't alot of information about the company or its policies. To me, it looks like someone got a web host package that he decided to share with other people. Is this simply a photo community?
I am thinking to myself - why would someone offer free hosting for images? Will this site have affiliate ads to pay for this service? Will this site be here in a few months or disappear? Will it get hacked or go down from people downloading images? I guess that I just don't understand why someone wouldn't just get a free web host like Netfirms and install a free gallery script or website. But I do know there are people who will upload images through a browser to share photos online. I just don't know why they would do it with YOUR website as it appears now.
Do you have an online community where we can see other photo galleries? Is there an option to share with everyone or make it password-protected to share with chosen viewers? I am unclear on the details of the services since I am not your target audience.

I like how it looks. Only thing I'd change about that is make the "What Do You Get:" look like a list (bullet it or something), as right now it looks like a bunch of links.
