Hey all,

I have just formed a new partnership with a few friends and expect to have our two first websites up and running shortly.

The first site is your standard fun site with videos, pictures, games and all the works.
This site is about to get a major incoming link/marketing boost and I need a couple quick reviews before we go crazy starting next week.

For good times on the net, go to Funny Videos (http://www.mypartypost.com)

By the way, this website is NOT hosted on Powweb. It is actually run on two seperate hosts. We have two dedicated servers controlling the site, one with unlimited bandwidth [for the files] and the other with a faster processor.

Enjoy!

Thanks
Ryan

Very entertaining and funny. To get people to keep coming back you will need to include new videos regularly - how about a 'most viewed' list like yahoo! does for it's stories?

Yes, we plan to have at least 10 new updates a day.

The most viewed posts will go under 'Cool F@ckin Stuff' for 16 days until replaced [on rotation, randomly picked].

Thanks!
Ryan

Think there is a typo on the 'Personality Character Test' on the main page. Says Take this personality test to see which comic character you most closely REMEMBER <--- is this supposed to be resemble?
Also don't like how some of your links pop up a new window and a lot of people wont like this either.
Other than that I think its a cool site and will be passing it onto a few friends :)

Thanks!

The window popping in a new window is a bug we are having at the moment. And, now that you also pointed it out, it is something I am going to get to quickly.

It is suppose to pop up a new window ONLY when the information is on an external site [rare, about 1%]. However, sometimes it just loads the _blank option in, even though that goes against the rules in the programming.

Might just have the external pages open in pages too. Will have this fixed this weekend. ;)

Thanks!

It's a very busy layout, but it works and I like it.

Thanks!

As always, when I first built the site I wanted it to look empty, as I knew the content would quickly crowd into the site.

Now that the content is there, I am actually pretty happy with the results [in terms of non-messy content].

Thanks
Ryan
