I wonder, is this backup file? mysql12[2].powweb.com.sql. Yesterday I downloaded this but a little surprised, because, last month when I downloaded backup file like this :database_name (back up 22.3.2005).sql. The file that I downloaded yesterday is backup file? Why the name of files are different?

You could open them and compare the code. Depending on how big the files are, you might want to open them with NoteTab or something similar. A little knowledge of SQL will help, but if not, you should just be able to read the first few paragraphs and determine if they are similar.
