my site: www.m-amar.com is down from yesterday, sometimes it is very slow and sometimes it doesn't load at all, is this related to the cluster 7 & 9 isuee?

Yes , this issue was resolved, Thanks.

Now I'm having these problems

I'm trying to setup a click script, I have tried two:

1) The first I have used on many site before now it does not display click counts on php pages, see:
http://m-amar.com/click/display.php?show=1

this link should display the link clicks on link no. 1.

2) the second when i try to install it does not go installation, see:
http://www.m-amar.com/fclick/admin/admin.php

all what is written in the read me on tis step is to ch mod fclick folder to 777.

Please help on these issues.
