Powweb MySQL service

Hi, i have ordered the MySQL service like less than an hour ago...
when i click on the MySQL tab i get this:

Unable to connect to MySQL server on terra.powweb.com

Is this normal? do i have to wait more time for the MySQL service to be set up?

I would be thankful for any help.

Youl will be notified via email when the MySQL database is set up. It will also contain the database name and info.

SimCoWeb.. really?? is that whats supposed to happen? I clicked the button to order mine and that was it, set up and ready to use. I know this because I used a SQL client to connect to it straight away and queried it.
I never got an email.
How strange.

lol, i got a mail telling me that i had paid for it... that's about everything i received so far.... but i still get the Unable to connect thing...

I believe our developers are working on the mySQL service on the web server you are on, Terra.

This should be resolved at some point today. :)
