Hey...I'm working on a new site for a customer and wanted to get some feedback about the design.
Remember...this wasn't my first choice...but they wanted this color scheme.
Everything else is great...no buttons work...only design is there.

That looked perfect for a jeans company. Did they supply the images? I'd be more curious to see how your links will work, e-commerce, etc.
BTW, I'm on a posting rampage. I just realized I need about 5 more to get my own avatar;-) So ask me any question, I'll be glad to look.
BWG,
I'm sure glad that you mentioned that the color scheme was not of your choice :D
Other than that, I think the design looks good and the menu is quite unique and has a "feel" of a fun site. Should appeal to the younger crowd (whom I would suspect are the target audience).
Be sure to let us know when it is all done, I'd be interested to see the finished product.

Just to give you a little background...

Its not a jeans site...her last name is Jean:)
Believe it or not, I actually knew that ;)
Not bad for an old fossil like me, huh?

Just curious...how did you know that??
You from the area...I hear shes getting pretty popular. She trying to get her CD out I think.
I'm not from the region so I never heard of her before.
No, I'm not from Georgia... I'm in North Dakota, but I ran across her start of a web site and listened to some of her songs.
I think she just may have what it takes to make something out of her choice of a music career.
Hope that she changes that Quick Time clip over to something more popular. Too many people have given up on QT because of Apple wanting to be like Real and embed too much into their player.

I think its perfect just the way it is............honestly, to make it look that good with those colors takes some talent, I almost didnt even notice the blue on black scheme..........it doesnt hurt that shes a hottie either!.......froggy.
(She sho is a hottie:cool: ).
The site looks good.I take it that when your finish the flash design at the top and the two images of her on the side will stay the same when you finish designing the other pages. Its look good.:) and so does she...
Looking good, although I hope she comes to her senses about that color scheme!
The flash in the menu is really nice... good fluidity. I've tried to make a menu system like that, and it just looked awkward. Heh.
Looks like you have a great start on the site.
BerksWebGuy, i personally hate the blue color which you have, but this is JUST my opinion. Why don't you try this color code --> "#3366CC" ?
The flash menu is nice, BUT maybe you wanna use other font. "Stop.tff" is really nice ! You can download it from my site @ http://omanserv.com/blue/stop.zip
This is a demo how it looks.

Trust me...I tried on both things...but its their site and final decision. I tried to talk to them outta color scheme...and the words in the menu are different colors...but they supplied them and re-approved them.
Hey...its all theirs:)
Your menu is awesome! I couldn't stop playing with it.:D Can't wait to see the finished product.

Thanks all:)
I got a lot more positive feedback than I expected. I am a perfection-ist when it comes to web design...and I am not totally pleased with this design. But it seems like you guys generally like the design and concepts. I'll start applying content soon.
Thanks for the comments.
