That's my Online Gaming (Guild Website). Although I said I might change hosts, I'll probably stick with PowWeb in hope that they've learned from the recent cluster 07/06 issue.

Pretty nice. You have too much blank space, though. Stop opening links in new windows, and I suggest you put your CSS in an external stylesheet.

I don't know what's CSS :/
Also, navigation for some reason opens up new windows, and the top part doesn't, I don't know how to make navigation block links open up in the same window.

everything from <style> to </style> near the top of the page

Links:
remove the target="_blank" from the <a href> tag.

I figured out what was wrong with tha links. For that navigation block I used BBC code instead of HTML (My portal allows me to do so for easier website editing).

I purchased my skin so I'm not sure if I should post the style of it :/

Also, could you provide me with the html code for correctly set up links? I can't seem to find it :/

I purchased my skin so I'm not sure if I should post the style of it :/You don't need to post it, just throw all the CSS into an external file, name it "style.css", then put <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css" /> in the <head> somewhere.

Also, could you provide me with the html code for correctly set up links? I can't seem to find it :/What do you mean by "correctly setting up" the links? The new window thing is gone, which is all I was worried about.

I loved your banner man!!! looks really cool but is there no way to use another color for the text? It doesnt contrast too much and the black of the background melts with the text!!

I like the banner at the top. Because it appears above the actual forum page, you may want to put more text in the forum header. The name Dead Eternity could be followed with a brief description. I personally don't play online games, but many of my friends do. The site does not fit in 800x600 screen resolution, but the target audience mostly uses a higher resolution anyway.

The online users appear in orange, but it would look better in red. The forum skin is really nice. I see that the join date for people is appearing as December 1969 which is common when there is a problem with a forum. I did not log in to test the forum and I really could not comment on the contents as the site is new and I know little about this game. Overall, the site looks nice.
