Take a look, this has just been redone, from a frames version.
We are not real happy with the template, but it was free. The author wanted some publicity.

I am having some problems with the Picture of the Day, when you go into the 'gallery'. Will work on that later.

I'll just jump in here real quickly...

I like the colors and basic ideas...but a few things:

Scrolling in 800x600 - horizontal (side) scrolling not a favorite
Pictures are HUGE - 56k modem takes minutes to load page
Too long to load main page
Too many pictures that hinder load time.
Alignment is off for alot of things.

Basically...no scrolling in the most used resolution (800x600), cut load time down by taking out some pics, and align header/footer/tables.

Otherwise great site and ideas:)

Good comments.
I can reduce some of the load time, by retrieving the sidebar links from our database, right now, I go to the remote url and get the pictures, so I can tell if they are up or down.

So that would greatly reduce the load time.

I like the site (especially the Dell parody picture in the gallery :)), However, it takes entierly too long to load, it took about 2 minutes for it to load over my 56K modem. Otherwise, it is a great site!

Thanks for the reviews.
This site is mainly intended for people that have cable or broadband ISP's. The users usually have Broadband service, they play on our server, and come here to review and see their current statistics for the game, Counter-Strike.

I made the changes of format sizes, the loading of the other stuff, is due to the left side panel getting it's images from the actual source url's.

To reduce the page load times, I hope to make the images local to the site. Most of them are small in size. Maybe it is the sum that makes it so difficult to load.

I have made the changes, and now it loads in 12 sec.
