I really like your navigation on the top and on the side. Actually I liked the articles on the watercooler page, good quality content. I read the articles, showed my manager and she looked at my non comfy, non egronomic office chair, and let me purchase one from your website. Thanks for the easy e-commerce experince also.

Thanks from a satisfied customer, hope my chair arrives soon cuz my butt is sore from this lousy office chair I currently have. ;)

-The flashing "for quantities over 50" thing is really annoying.
-Ugh, Frontpage
-The red bar and the yellow bar join too hard, and I think the yellow bar as a whole is a bit too blocky (mainly where it ends).

Someone already mentioned Front Page (cough), so ...

The page scrolls horizontally in 800x600 screen resolution which means I cannot see the entire link menu without scrolling. The text links that appear over the tab images are not appearing on the same line and seem to be different font sizes. Try combining shipping and privacy policies to one link named Policies and add a link to Employment on the Contact Us page to make room in your horizontal links menu.

The red and yellow colors seem extreme and not appropriate for this type of website. Some color blind people cannot distinguish the difference between yellow and red, anyway. The color choices remind me of the old PowWeb site which was just too loud for my taste. Tan, beige, brown, black and white would be business-like. A few accents of color such as a small red shopping cart image would be okay. Just don't have too much of a bright color that can overwhelm visitors.

The about us page has a generic image of a woman. Unless she is truly an employee, this is really overused. She looks like me, though. Do you have a cute guy to greet me? :D The image seems large to fill space since you don't have much to say about your business. A photo of the warehouse would be more appropriate.

The services page has a silly image of a man and a list of services that should appear as text for search engines to read. Clickable text links to more info would be better. The catalog page shows an image of another man. Why do I keep seeing all these people standing around? Okay, it appears that all the pages have these silly pics. That is so OLD.

Thumbnail images next to product listings would be nice. Copyright info should appear at the bottom of each web page. The shopping cart is a PayPal cart and you only ship in the continental United States. This should be stated at least on the home page, but I recommend every page. Place it in your left vertical navigation menu. Show the PayPal logo and an image of the US flag. That is more obvious to your visitors.

I must mention that your web pages should not have spaces in their file names. (see catalog) That works for Windows, but not all browsers. Overall, the site is easy to read and navigate, the products are useful and the business appears credible. The look could use some tweaking. Nice job!
