Hi there,
I've been a very loyal powweb customer for quite some time now, and infact i have to packadges and 8 domains hosted on here.
Over the past few days and weeks i've been heavily defending the downtime on cluster 09 and 07, as one of my packadges is on there, and the various other little blips that seem to be occouring.
I was pleased to find out that we are being issued th 2 months free service, as it shows that PowWeb are serious about their services and that they hope to win customers back, and never have these same isues again.
I am, however, now experiencing troubles with MySQL09, again, and i cant log into it using phpmyadmin.powweb.com, i get no answer from the server - and using anything that uses mysql09 is a no-go.
I was so glad when 07 and 09 were fixed, but now I'm afraid that it's beginning to get to a point where even i'm starting to think on the other team side.
On that note, might i ask if there is any word on the problems with Mysql09, and if there is an ETA on whether or not it will be fixed any time soon.
Cheers, I know you're all doing your best, and it's frustrating the hell out of the administrators here and that manage powweb, probably moreso than it does to us, the consumer. So keep going, at this point the service can really only get better ;).
