Sorry but I had a big problem trying to upgrade my forum... it kind of lead to a "change" in my database and now all the members/posts on my board have been deleted. I downloaded one of the ".dmp.gz" backups in the member's operation center but I'm unsure of how to restore it back to my database. Can someone please help me through this?

I've already tried logging into phpmyadmin and importing the gz file, but nothing happens after that. All I really want to do is restore back the accounts of my members, so how do I go about doing that in the mysql database?

Also, I'm suppose to have 5 mysql databases however for some reason I can only make 1...

How big is the .gz file?
What do you mean when you say "nothing happens"? Does it timeout - or does it return any messages?
I have an online utility that will do the job if you need.

As for multiple databases - you can order up to 5 thru Member Ops - Overview or Billing/Plan tabs - both have links to create another MySQL database
