How long does it take to update changes?

I've just recently started using powweb and am wondering how long it usually takes to show updates made to your website. I uploaded a new index.html file over 10 minutes ago and it's still showing my old one. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I changed my old index.html to indexold.html and then put up a new index.html. Also, I created a new directory and password protected it with htaccess and it doesn't show up, and I uploaded a config.txt file over an hour ago that doesn't show up when you type it in the address bar.

Maybe an issue with their service right now?

AaronYoq, glad to see you got it figured out. However (now no lecture here mode), but what was it? I going to guess that your browser was caching the original page. Many times others have the same problems and a short post as to what you did to get it fixed really helps out :D
