By and large it looks good. A few quibbles would be the fact that the index page is too wide for 1024x768, while most of your other pages are a good bit narrower. I'd strive to keep pages all the same width.
Also, your top nav buttons -- Home through Contact, are closer to the top horiztonal line than the bottom one, and the nitpicker in me sees that as something trivial but easily fixable, and therefore a bit annoying.

Also, a warning about mailto links, they are magnets for spam bots, and your email address will be collected as soon as your site makes it into a few search engines. There are ways to obfuscate your email address while still having a functional email link. None of them is perfect, but any one can help reduce the spam you might get.
