FTP Question

My FTP somehow switched things around with one of my users (tealc). On the right side of my FTP program (Filezilla) in the "Owner/Group" area, it says "tealc". It USED to have my customer number/package ID in that area. Also, the emails I get now from cron are displayed as being sent from "tealc" <tealc@ftp07.powweb.com>. How can I get this back to my customer number/name.

Also, the emails I get now from cron are displayed as being sent from "tealc" <tealc@ftp07.powweb.com>. How can I get this back to my customer number/name.
This may resolve by itself when the issue of the switched ftp accounts is cleared up. Note that mails now will be coming from the ftp server and not from the syslog server as cron processing was moved.
