Signed up, money gone, but still pending?

Just signed, payment went through, money gone from my account, but still pending on my ops board.

How long does it normally take for the pending to disappear and able to start using my account?

You should have received the startup e-mail welcoming you to Powweb. You should still be able to log into OPS and FTP files into the space allocated for you, the world may not be able to see them but you can have lot's of things ready using the temp address in the e-mail.
