My site is not working there is only a page that shows @this domain was registerd with powweb , coming soon, i don't know what is going on, i can't log on ftp server , even i can't log on thru site tools on my ftp it says
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@gong.pl and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I don't know what is going on. Please help...

Did you renew your domain at the registrar ?

yes i do it and payed for my domain so it is not that... steel not working , and ftp is not working to everything is not working for almost 18 hours

Check in OPS > History if you happen to have some email from Powweb that didn't reach you the regular way.

Else of course submit a problem ticket and check with staff in chat.powweb.com if they can give you more details.

You have a bunch of incorrect CNAME entries on the DNS tab in OPS which have caused your zone file to be incorrect. You will need to fix those before your site will work again. As stated on the DNS tab, "PowWeb is not responsible for any downtime of your site or services due to incorrect DNS modifications or changes. Please do not make any changes unless you know what you are doing."
