mysql10.powweb.com is giving me very long response times or time-outs. 15:47 EST, Oct.11 '05. Wasn't this way this morning, or at any time in recent memory. I'm running Webcalendar, and have changed nothing. What's the deal?

Coppermine is taking forever to load and respond to requests, also. Same mySQL server (10)

Why were the top several posts of this thread just hacked off? I was adding to an existing topic that showed a problem with mySQL10 from just a few days ago. My posts are not about a brand new problem, but are about being another user impacted by a problem that is several days old, and was 1st reported by someone else.

Well, my site that uses Mysql10 seems to be fine. I don't notice any unusual slowness.

The several posts were not 'hacked off' - it was moved to a new thread like it should have been in the first place. The thread you re-opened was a week old and the problem had been solved - so your problem was indeed 'a brand new problem' and just confuses the issue when you add your new post to it.

If you do experience problems with database servers please log a call to support first - you can include your trouble ticket number in your thread if you see a real need to post here. There is an off-chance that a support person will take time off to peruse these posts looking for problems....

There's nothing any of us here can do as volunteers except maybe agree with you that yes .. we too are experiencing problems with that same server .. but then I can guaranteee that problems will get fixed much quicker if all these same people log a call to support reporting the database errors.
