A few notes on your site: You appear to have a quality product and there is a lot of information available, which is good. However, any site that is selling anything should have complete contact and privacy info, many customers will want to see that before making a purchase. Even if they don't read it, they still want to know that it's there.

Graphically, you have lots of pictures, which is good. However, you use too many different fonts. Pick a font and stick with it on all pages. You can have a different font for the nav buttons and for logos and the like, but the main text should really have font consistency. Also, avoid centering text. Center your headings, but not main body text. It doesn't look professional.

The website looks like it was made with a WYSIWYG editor and it has alot of junk source code that doesn't help search engines. But if you don't know how to program web sites, we will skip that for now. But if you can change the page names from numbers to appropriate words, that would help.

The logo is not attractive or memorable to tie into the product. The black background is really not appropriate for a website that sells baby slings. In fact, the entire color scheme is not appropriate. Since I had a few miscarriages and one was lost in October 2001, this is a difficult website for me to review. But my son Mark will be 8 years old on Thursday, so I am grateful for that.

The site uses a PayPal shopping cart. If someone wants to place an order that does not want to use PayPal, can he/she order through the website and send a check or money order? I could not find a contact us page with the name of the business, the address, phone number, email address and business calling hours.

The shipping page does say you ship outside the US and this should be stated on the home page and every page if possible. When should we expect to receive the product? A week, a month, more? Is there a refund or exchange policy?

The home page is often the first page your visitor will see. The page is quite long and unattractive. The images have those awful rectangular button effects on them. Paragraphs of text should align to the left. But most importantly, please change the color scheme and logo.

The site is fairly easy to read and navigate and most of the information is there and easy to find. I just thought the color scheme looked like a 1950s diner theme. Sorry for the harsh critique, but this site will scary mothers away. After your site is done and looks nice, consider exchanging links with other sites that offer products and services for new mothers.

Thank you, you both had some valid points. Part of the problem was that I used Easy Website Builder and it had a limited selection of templates to choose from. Though I don't think that the black is really that bad. Especially since I have been in business for 7 months and doing pretty good. But I have found another web site builder software that is easy to use, even for "novices" like me. It even allows you to start from scratch so you don't have to go with a pre-designed template. So I will definitely be taking the advice and making changes throughout my new design (including a new color scheme).

Thanks Again!! :)
