I am wondering if anybody site is down today? I am really surprise that powweb.com is still on but my is down. How is that possible? I didn't change anything to mess this up. Any idea/
Your domain isn’t even pointed to our name servers yet:
Domain Name: TIMBANONLINE.COM
Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Whois Server: whois.enom.com
Referral URL: http://www.enom.com
Name Server: DNS1.ENOM.COM
Name Server: DNS2.ENOM.COM
Name Server: DNS3.ENOM.COM
Name Server: DNS4.ENOM.COM
Name Server: DNS5.ENOM.COM
Updated Date: 19-nov-2001
Fix this and you should see your problem go away. :)
I am not really sure what you meant. I enter the url below which powweb server but still it doesn't work.
http://timbanonlinecom.powweb.com/index.html
Your temporary URL is only good for 30 days. Your account is over 30 days old.
If you don’t more your domain over, you can’t use our services.
Thank you for help, but I am not quite understand. How can I move my domain over? And what does that DNS Server did you give my for? I am new to this stuff and this it my first time too. Did you mean that I have to get a new server?
I recommend that you start here: http://powweb.com/support/gettingstarted.html
Hi!!!
I have pointed my domain to ns3.powweb.com but there is one thing I am really not sure, which url shall I forward my domain to? I used to forward my domain to http://timbanonlinecom.powweb.com/index.html but now that site is no longer exist, then where do I forward my domain to?
You do not want to use "URL Forwarding", you either want to run your own DNS, or have us run your DNS.
If you want to run your own DNS, create a CNAME and delegate it to "pluto.powweb.com". You can also delegate your A record to Pluto's IP, 64.63.125.34. We recommend using the CNAME approach as if we change IP's, the hostname will always point to the correct place. You will also want to delegate your MX record to "mail.powweb.com".
NOTE: You will need to disable your DNS from w/in Ops to finalize this process!
If you do not want to run your own DNS, instead of "URL Forwarding", look for some way to modify your domains "host" or "DNS" information. You will need to delegate your domain to our name servers:
Primary Hostname: ns3.powweb.com
Primary Hostaddress: 64.63.125.203
Secondary Hostname: ns2.powweb.com
Secondary Hostaddress: 64.63.125.202
Allow for at least 24 - 48 hours for this change to propagate across the Internet.
If you have any questions about this, please contact your registrar, http://www.enom.com (or which ever agent you used) for assistance.
Thank you for help.
My website seem to work fine now....
I only made a change to the DNS....and keep everything else....The site seem to be working though.
Once again, thank for the help. I really appreciate it.
