well it's average, as is with most php based sites. This one is no exception. I suggest some sort of phrase to explain what the site is. Example: EBay - A common internet marketplace.

The website responded in approximately 3 seconds and the homepage downloaded in 5 seconds. This is very fast and suggests your website is running on a sufficiently powerful web server. It appears that you have used table based layouts for all the pages.

yes.. real fast the second time around.
How come your site loads so much faster than mine??
What's your secret??
ps. one of your pics in the yarn selection is missing..
It loads so fast the second time around because all of the images have already downloaded onto your computer.

The site is easy to read and navigate. It appears to have been made using phpNuke or postNuke with those modules. The urls are quite long and would do better to be renamed. That can be done in php or .htaccess files to help search engines better index and list web pages.
The color scheme is different, but it does contrast with the photos. There is blank space next to the logo where a tag line (slogan) or short description could appear. Even contact info could go here. The contact page has a form to request info from visitors but it provides no contact info for visitors.
There should be privacy, payment and refund policies and a page that tells about the business. There should be copyright information at the bottom of each page. The page has horizontal scrolling at 800x600 screen resolution.
There are no prices on the products, but that may be intentional since you may not want the wholesale prices made viewable to the public. I have seen other wholesale sites that allow customers to login to view wholesale and suggested retail prices. Is this or will this be an option?
The overall design is nice and the products are well displayed. The items crafted by the yarn remind me of scarves and things my family or even I made in the 1970s. I still have some of those items that I hadn't given as gifts. I like seeing the photos of items created by your yarn. You should encourage customers to send photos.
