Button link on Flash MX2004, PLEASE?

I am a beginner in Flash and i will be very grateful if somebody could tell me how to activate an HTML link on any button in flash! I've been battling so far without any success!!!
for example, how to link the button HOME to my howepage: http://xyz.com/
