Is there a way to animate my family from pictures I have of them? Then add them to a Flash site I want to make? Even if it is somthing I can't do myself, "Probly" Is it something someone els could do for a price? Thanx all

Annimate as in a few still shots, like an annimated GIF is quite easy. For example cut their head from the photo and stick it onto a series of still frames which can be looped in a GIF or SWF as a repeating sequence. SWF files (Flash) make a smoother 'movie' if you want slide, fly in, fade type effects. Macromedia Flash is the high end but the more user friendly SwishMax is great to. I don't know of any free flash programs.. yet.
If you want a lifelike 3D model to step out of the photo it's alot more complex. A few of us here do this stuff but not for free obviously due to the time etc involved. A decent 3D modeling program to do human movement alone is +$1000 Lightwave, Rhino 3D. Grab the open source Blender 3D or Terragen (for landscapes) program if you want a free intro to the 3D world.
It's all possible. If you want to explain your need more perhaps we could guide you better.
