I have just revamped our company site and though I still want to pursue a couple of additions, it has been uploaded and is ready for reviews and critiques.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. I hope you enjoy the site.

Your site has some serious problems, it won't come up in any of the browsers on my system (IE, Firefox, Opera).
Fortunately I know what the problem is and you can fix it simply by providing us with the URL ;)

I never like a page that is all over to the left on a larger monitor screen. If you centre it then it will look right on everyone's screen, provided you have selected 100% as the width rather than a fixed number of pixels.
Unfortunately, you have selected 800 pixels and so the page will look absolutely right in that one resolution but not in anything larger (and larger screens are becoming popular, especially in places where people can afford cars...)
That link referral thing at the bottom right will probably get you penalized by search engines anyway and it is totally distracting - I found it really hard to concentrate on the text.
When I did read the text I thought it was well-written and expresses your purpose clearly and attractively.
The about us page is good but, again, there was an ad at the bottom right that kept dragging my eyes away from the thing you wanted me to look at...
The service request form is, frankly, a bit mind-boggling... you might want to try a bit of spacing between day of the week and Pick-up time and so on, perhaps even put them in a table so they don't look quite so much like a cluster of zits...
I was a bit disappointed to find that the ladies' lounge looked just like the rest of the place...
The one and only photo in your gallery took a very long time to load... imagine when there are more! I hope someone more technically minded will be able to advise you as to why....
Overall - it's a good site for the niche it serves and I wish you well with it. Cheers!

Thank you...
Am having a compilation of reviews from another site as well.
Interesting...never thought the ladies lounge should be different than rest of site.
Gallery - picture is thumbnail of album...if you click on it, there are probably about 15 pics in the album.
Thanks again for your time in this matter.

My point is that the page itself is taking an age to load, let alone one with more images on it!
I agree with the page alignment (I would center it, personally). The resolution on the banner is quite fuzzy in explorer, so you may consider a more simple image (or just a smaller banner). I noticed that your "home" link is broken on the "contact" page. Mostly, a decent site. I was a bit confused by the "John Hancock Center" feature. I couldn't figure out what that had to do with your business...

Thank you for your review...
I will look into the broken link.
Many of our customers travel extensively, so the Popular Spot feature was put on to spur ideas of where to go to show off their autos.

I rather liked the popular spot feature! I can equally imagine people with travel sites wanting to put a feature about storing your car while you go off travelling on them...
