Hi Steve and all, Got my OSCommerce up and running after switching over from Zen Cart. All is well so far except my product photos won't show in browse or url . They worked in Zen which is almost identical. I'm guessing a parameter is wrong somwhere but I'm stumped:confused: Thanx Everyone

I've moved your post here, where it belongs.

Also, please refrain from posting the same question more than once or posting in non related existing threads, it only makes it harder to get a response to your needs.

What error do you get if you try to open the image URL directly? Can you show me a URL of a page with the problem?

Hi Steve, sorry for the trouble, I think I'm getting the hang of things around here, a little dense sometimes. This is the link in my FTP
https://webftp.powweb.com/download.cgi?filename=jewelry102505II23479.jpg, it works direct for me.
This is the site with the item in the box on the middle left. Pasted url without the http://. liked they asked.
http://<removed>/ nothing. end of url is cut off it seems, or maybe different.
When I try to use browse and paste from local it doesn't show either. With Zen it asked to upload file in browse and worked great. Something is a little different, just gotta find it. Thanx Steve,
P.S.Now if I click on the empty image and go to where it says view this products webpage, it will show the image, strange to me. I bet you know what's up.

Webftp links are valid for you only while you are logged in to webftp.

I will send you a private message about this. The fundamental problem is that your admin includes/configure.php is incorrect.

Thanx so much Steve, You are a great guy-like the kittys too!. Reset the permissions, deleted files and added password like you said. Downloaded a copy to Dreamweaver for safe keeping and will put to disk later. I have to admit I used the Site Tool Download, as setting up clean seemed a little daunting for the first time. I"ll try it out sometime soon. My paypal module is the last thing I hope, and I will post :) in the correct forum. Marlee
