Mail stopped working.... again

I follow all the knoledge base files perfectly. Don't change anything but a matter of hours after I get the silly mail system working it fails on me... When I try to get my mail using outlook I get a message saying that the task could not go through for the reason of 'Can't find.. it's gone!'
Exclamation point and everything.. so weird.

This happened once before about 7 months ago.. so I simply stopped using it because nothing anyone suggested helped.
I don't know what wrong.. it's insane lol

Well, thank you in advance for all who help!! I am so brain dead about this stuff anything helps!
