I am trying to install the phpBB forum program. I activated my ISQ and put the info in that was required. When I do the admin.index thing to set it up things dont work. What are the exact files that need #!/usr/local/bin/php in them and is everything set to 755? please walk me through the setup thing. I thought I was good for 13 but this is kicking my butt. Another thing it could be is I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it to try to fix it and I think it messes up the login file. Please help
