People can't access powweb web pages

I have problem about outage of my sites:

http://gardenparadise.com.tw
http://plroc.org

They are all hosted on clust04.powweb.com. Please check it for me, this problem we noticed has started from yesterday.

What problem is being seen? I see the standard PowWeb "coming soon" page for each of the domains. What do your users see? Do they get an error? Which error?

This is what I see also. If you've uploaded your files, did you upload them to the htdocs directory?

Taiwan is not equal to China !!I know it's not! As you didn't state who couldn't access your sites (and I could) it wasn't unreasonable to assume your complainants were from China.

If your visitors are seeing the Coming Soon page instead of your new home page, you will need to rename your new home page to whatever the Coming Soon page is called - I think i is index.html

The problem is fixed.
OK, I have hosted on powweb for years. Sometimes problem happens, but always fixed in few hours. This time, the normal pages were replaced by powweb default pages and I can't login into ftp server which works well before.
Thank you all, you can come back to see those pages. I have done nothing, and they are the pages they should be now.
