email works intermittently

I may delete my page on my website that has my email link. It works about 10% of the time. Usually when I call customer support, adjustments are made and it works - maybe as long as the rest of the day. Then, it doesn't work until the next time I call.
I have had numerous people try to email me via my website - I received one.
Any suggestions before I delete my email link?

What kind of link is this? A "mailto" link? That is sent by the user's own mail client. Is it a web form? What processes the form? Where are you receiving the mail?
