How would one go about renewing.
My domain expires in a month and my website package in a couple of months i think.
I would like to renew for 2 years both the website package and domain registration.

You will be able to renew your package when you get to within one month of the renewal date - this is done inside OPS.

Renewing the domain name depends on who you bought it from. If you got it with the package, then you can do this within OPS within one month of renewal date.

Along the same lines if I can butt in, I started with a 1Gb package and POW are now offering a 5Gb package. If I renew am I automatically upgraded to 5Gb or do I have to make a request???
