i'm not receiving all of my e-mails with outlook express - sometimes it will actually show the message downloading and give the "inbox" sound (and even say at the bottom 1, etc new message), but nothing's in my inbox or deleted box. trying to find info on the web, i read where mcafee can cause this problem (which i do have a free version on here)...i tried utilizing the tools i found to fix this problem and recover the missing e-mails, but haven't been able to make it work. how do i fix this problem and can i recover those e-mails that are missing? thanks.
